Taiwan's base oils exports in first-half May remained below March and April levels, extending the recent slowdown in shipments from that market
Singapore took delivery of a large northwest Europe cargo likely arranged before end-February disruptions tightened European availability
US Gulf coast shipments continued to reach Nigeria, but the lack of fresh cargo fixtures pointed to slower flows ahead.
Asia
