Cargo activity revived in Taiwan and Saudi Arabia, but exports from both markets stayed lower than usual in August

Asia
· A large Group II cargo with a combination of light and heavy grades was set to load from Taiwan in the coming days, with the size of the shipment pointing to India as a likely destination.

· A pause in cargoes from Argentina extended through August, with the most recent shipments in early July.
