Uganda’s base oils and lube imports rose in February to the highest in nearly five years against the backdrop of steady economic growth.Base oils and lube imports of 9,060 kilolitres (8,030t) in February rose by 57pc from year-earlier levels and from 6,030kl in January, provisional customs data showed.
