Rising base oils exports from US to Nigeria in February countered a slowdown in shipments from Europe to the West African country, leaving total supplies steady.Exports of around 18,300t to Nigeria from US, Europe and the Baltic region combined edged down from 19,300t the previous month, government data showed.Shipments from the US accounted for almost half the volume.
