Germany’s lube supply fell in July for a fourteenth month as domestic blenders slashed output in response to sliding demand.Total supply, or lube production and imports combined, came to close to 146,000t in July, government data showed.The volume fell by 11pc from a year earlier, lagging the 18pc fall in total supply to 1.05mn t in the first seven months of the year.Domestic lube production fell more steeply, by close to 20pc to 878,500t in the first seven months of the year.Lube imports of 168,000t in the first seven months fell less steeply by 9pc from year-earlier levels.The slower fall in lube imports extended into July, when shipments fell by 5pc from year-earlier levels..Germany’s July lube demand falls
