France’s lubricating oil consumption fell in March for the ninth time in ten months amid slumping demand for industry-related oils.Total lube demand of 45,300t in March fell by 13pc from a year earlier, according to Centre Professionel des Lubrifiants. The size of the fall was the steepest in eight months.Lube consumption rose by 10pc from 41,260t in February amid a seasonal boost in demand.
