Indonesia’s Feb Grp III exports to Netherlands rise

Indonesia’s Group III base oils exports to the Netherlands rose to a one-year high in February, recovering from a slump in shipments during the previous two months.

Exports of 14,000t to the Netherlands in February rose from 2,990t the previous month, government data showed.

There had been no shipments to the northwest European country in December.

The pick-up in shipments in February coincided with surging premium-grade base oils exports from Spain in March and preceded plant maintenance in Spain in the second quarter of the year.
