India March imported Grp II prices fall

India’s imported prices for Group II base oils extended their fall in March to their lowest in a year.

The average price for imported supplies of Group II N150 fell to around $885/t cfr in March, down from around $910/t cfr the previous month, provisional customs data showed.

Average prices for supplies originating from South Korea and Mideast Gulf were above that level. Prices for supplies from Taiwan were below that level.

The average price for supplies of Group II N500 fell to around $925/t cfr in March, from almost $960/t cfr in February.
