Cosan reports fire at Moove lube plant in Brazil

São Paulo, February 10th, 2025 - Cosan S.A. (B3: CSAN3; NYSE: CSAN) ("Cosan" or "Company"), in compliance with CVM Resolution 44 of August 23, 2021, hereby informs its shareholders and the market regarding the fire that occurred in part of the plant of its subsidiary Moove Lubricants Holdings (“Moove”) on February 8, 2025, located in Ilha do Governador – Rio de Janeiro.

The fire which affected part of the production area and administrative offices, that were not operational on the day, has already been extinguished by the Fire Department.

The logistics infrastructure, extensive tank area, and warehouses were not affected.

There are no victims, and all containment measures to minimize impacts, including environmental, social, and financial have been adopted.

A contingency plan aimed at assessing and mitigating any potential impacts on Moove's customer service is already underway.
