US base oils exports stayed lower in October for a third month as shipments to Mexico dipped to a ten-month low.Base oils exports of 1.66mn bl (234,000t) in October fell from 1.83mn bl the previous month, government data showed.The slowdown cut average exports to around 1.71mn bl/month in the three months to October.
