US base oils exports to Africa rose to a fourteen-month high in May amid a sustained surge in shipments to Nigeria.Total exports of 208,380bl (29,350t) in May edged up from 207,020bl the previous month, government data showed.The pick-up in shipments lifted total exports to 517,000bl in the three months to May.
