The Philippines' base oils and lubricants imports fell for a fourth month in June, adding to increasingly mixed lube demand dynamics in the southeast Asia market.Base oils and lubricants imports combined came to 16,400t in June, government data showed.The volume was steady versus April and May but down 11pc from year-earlier levels of 18,500t.The weaker base oils and lube imports mirrored a slowdown in the Philippines’ economic growth in the second quarter of the year.Base oil and lube imports from South Korea fell to a five-month low in June.
