The Netherlands’ base oils and lube supply rose to a nine-month high in April as domestic output surged.Output of 149,000t in April rose from 84,000t the previous month, government data showed.The volume was the highest in more than a decade.It was also unusually high in view of the Netherlands’ base oils production capacity.
