The delivery of Group III base oils from the Mideast Gulf to key global outlets stayed higher than usual in September as high volumes from UAE and Bahrain cushioned a drop in shipments from Qatar.The key markets of US, Europe and Asia took delivery of more than 240,000t of base oils in September from Qatar, UAE and Bahrain combined.The volume fell from more than 270,000t the previous month. It remained above average levels of around 228,000 t/month over the past year.Total supplies of around 679,000t in the third quarter fell from almost 740,000t during the previous three months.
