The delivery of Group III base oils from the Mideast Gulf to key global outlets stayed higher than usual in September as high volumes from UAE and Bahrain cushioned a drop in shipments from Qatar.The key markets of US, Europe and Asia took delivery of more than 240,000t of base oils in September from Qatar, UAE and Bahrain combined.The volume fell from more than 270,000t the previous month.
