The delivery of premium-grade base oils from Bahrain to key outlets around the world fell to a six-month low in June amid a slump in supplies bound for the US and Asia.The key markets of the US, Europe and Asia took delivery of around 19,000t of supplies from Bahrain in June, government and customs data showed.The volume fell from more than 44,000t the previous month.Imports still rose for a fourth month from year-earlier levels, lifting total supplies to close to 179,000t in first-half 2023.The volume was up 7pc from less than 167,000t during the same period last year.Supplies fell in June amid a pause in flows to the US.
